Meaningful real estate
We believe that investing in real estate should create value for each party in every step of the process, down to the inhabitants of the properties themselves. We’re committed to making real estate asset management a force for good.
The assets we acquire undergo a strict review and must be developed by reputable general contractors and meet new government and investor building standards. We also favour properties that have (or will) achieve Swiss labels (SNBS, Minergie®, and LEA®) that help us meet voluntary responsibility objectives.
Our Real Estate experts
Maher Menif
Maher previously worked at EFG Bank, where he was Group Head of Regulatory Compliance and gained in-depth experience in managing regulatory compliance risks and financial crime. Prior to this role Maher spent 5 years at Banque Heritage acting as a Chief Audit Executive, and 12 years in Big Four audit firms as Senior Manager in charge of auditing financial institutions and providing consultancy services. Maher is a seasoned professional holding a Chartered Public Accountant (CPA-CA) certification with broad and extensive international knowledge and expertise in leading, auditing and advising Compliance, Risk and Treasury functions. He holds a Specialized Graduate Diploma (DESS) from HEC, Montreal (Canada).
Dave Elzas
After a rich career across several leading financial centres, Dave co-founded Geneva Management Group (GMG) in 2000. He further expanded GMG’s Swiss activity by creating companies and jobs in Geneva and Zurich. Dave has over twenty-five years of experience in deal structuring and wealth planning. Between 1994 and 2000 he served as the Executive Managing Director of an institutionally sized Family Office. Dave holds an Engineering degree and an MBA (Cum Laude) from the Solvay Business School in Brussels, Belgium (1990).
